Our jackets have a relaxed, unisex fit in XS–3XL. Compare a jacket you own with the garment measurements on the product page. Measurements describe the garment, not body size.

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Overseas territories, APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes are not supported. Other countries can be selected in checkout, but are not eligible for shipping.

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guarantee.

The cutoff is 7:00 PM, fixed UTC−06:00 throughout the year. Before-cutoff orders use that business day as the handling start date; later orders start on the next business day. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items even if those ordinary conditions cannot be met.

We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items, defects and incorrect items. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

After approval, we initiate a refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider determines when it appears in your account.

Follow the care guidance for your product. Cotton-blend and lightweight jackets can be gently cold-washed; wool-blend Letterman jackets with synthetic-leather sleeves require professional cleaning.
